Therapeutic Use Exemption

A Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) permits an athlete to use a substance or method that is otherwise prohibited, strictly for legitimate medical treatment. In Australia, TUEs are managed and approved by the Australian Sports Drug Medical Advisory Committee (ASDMAC).
