Logging in
Log in with your CID number or your username. We recommend using your email address as your username.
For security, your username can only be changed by the Database Administrator.
Forgotten your password?
Ask for a reset link. We email it to the address recorded on your account, and you choose your own new password – a password is never sent by email.
The link works once and lasts 24 hours. Asking for another cancels the earlier one.
Don't know your CID?
Your CID number is your DanceSport Australia account number. It is issued when you join and never changes.
Look it up with Find My CID.
"Remember me"
Only tick Remember me on your own phone or computer – never on a shared one. It keeps you logged in for 30 days.
It is switched off on all your devices whenever your password changes.
