Username not an email address?
Your password must be reset using the Manual Password Reset Form.

Username

You can log in with either your CID number or your Username. We recommend using your email address as your Username. For security reasons your Username can only be changed by the Database Administrator.

Password

If your Username is your email address, you can reset your password yourself with the Automated Password Reset. If your Username is not an email address, the reset must be done manually using the Manual Password Reset Form.
