Once your application is approved you are issued a CID Number, which you use to enter Australian competitions.

The whole photo page must be readable, including the two lines of letters and numbers along the bottom. Avoid glare and shadows. The image is stored encrypted, is seen only by the DSA Administration Team, and is destroyed as soon as your registration is approved.

I understand that I must be fit and healthy to register in my chosen events and before I compete in any dance competition. I also understand and declare that I am not aware of any condition that may affect my health, co-ordination or ability to compete or that may hinder my ability to do so, or that could create any potential hazard or risk for other competitors or observers.

International competitors

International competitors must be registered by the DanceSport body of their own country.

On approval you are issued a CID Number, which you use to enter competitions in the On-Line Entry system. If you have registered before, you keep your earlier CID.

Your passport photo

Photograph the page with your photo and details. All of it must be readable, including the two lines of letters, numbers and < signs along the bottom.

Lay the passport flat in good light and avoid glare. On a phone you can take the photo straight from this page.

The image is stored encrypted and destroyed as soon as your registration is approved.

What happens next

You check your details on the next page, then send the application.

The DSA Administration Team reviews it and emails your CID and login details to the address you give.
