I understand and hereby undertake to abide by and support the DSA Constitution, the DSA competition rules and DSA policies. I am aware that if I violate any of these I may be subject to disciplinary sanctions and/or may injure myself or others.

I understand that I must be fit and healthy to register or renew my volunteer membership and before I volunteer for any DanceSport event.

I understand that my personal information is collected, used and disclosed as set out in the DSA Privacy Policy. This includes reporting limited details, such as my gender, year of birth and postcode, to sport and government bodies, including the Australian Sports Commission and State and Territory departments of sport. My email address will not be sold or given to anyone for marketing.
