2024 Adelaide Spectacular - Enter Now!
The Adelaide Spectacular Ballroom Dance Championship weekend will take place on 16 & 17 March 2024, with the Lecture series and Ball on Saturday 16th, and the Dance Championship to be held on Sunday 17th March.
This spectacular event is one of the first major Championships of the year and boasts an impressive cash & prize pool of $10,000 over all Open Adult, Masters and Professional events.
The extensive syllabus includes A, B & C grade in Adult and Masters 1, 2 & 3 age divisions as well as Open events. Full Juvenile & Junior, Recreational, All Abilities and Vision Impaired events.
All age divisions of Coach/Student, Pro/Am and Pro/Student events including. Pro/Student American Smooth. New to the syllabus this year are American Smooth events for Amateur Couples featuring single dance events in both styles.
This event is also registered as and part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival – the 2nd largest Fringe Festival in the world. For those travelling from afar, we advise you book your accommodation and flights early as this is very popular month long festival.
Venue is the Croatian Club Adelaide and boasts a huge parquetry 25m x 15m dance floor.

All entries require validation by payment of the Entry Fee. Any entries added to the system that are not paid are not valid entries.
Entry Fee payments must be received by the Entry Close date: Friday 23 February 2024
Entry Fees and Ticketing:
Competitors must pay all entry fees and purchase admission tickets from DSA site before entry will be validated and back number issued.
Spectators can purchase admission tickets thru FringeTix 1300 621 255 or online adelaidefringe.com.au or at the door on the day.

Lecture Series and Gala Ball:
Saturday 16th has the traditional Gala Ball – a fabulous evening of social dancing, preceded by the afternoon Lecture Series/Workshop from 2pm featuring Australian Champions:

- Tony Gauci - Latin
