Comments: I have been dancing for about two and half years, primarily in Latin American style. I am 175cm tall and fit. My partner and I just won the Adult Level 2 Latin American at the 2007 Australian Dancesport Championship. In addition, this year, in level 2 Latin, I came to the 2nd in capital champ and southern cross (vic) champ and 1st in the premier (vic) champ (learning at Grenada with Larry and Kerry Clarke).
Last year, I have won three competitions at Level 1 including vic champ (learned at Danceworx with Kym Smith and Shane Hockings). I started taking ballroom lessons and it is going well. In addition, I am an advanced L.A. Salsa dancer. I would like to take these two styles further too if you are interested. I'll be reallocated for work to sydney (Darling Park) in January 2008. I am looking for a Latin level 3 partner who is serious about dancing, capable of improving fast and communicating well (Ballroom standard background will be a big bonus).
