Below is an expression of interest from a research student from the Victorian University regarding a survey for Dancesport Competitors in Australia. __________________________ Are you over 18 years of age and currently competing at or above Level 3 in Dancesport in Australia? If so, WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU! As part of a Masters research project at Victoria University, we are looking for male and female participants who are willing to take 30-45 minutes of their time to complete a short online survey about Dancesport competitors’ attitudes and behaviours regarding body image, eating patterns and weight management. This research is the first of its kind to look specifically at Dancesport competitors as a population in their own right and distinct from dancers in other disciplines. With Dancesport growing in popularity and public exposure every year, research such as this is very important in order to build a better understanding of Dancesport competitors as dancers, athletes and most importantly people! If you wish to assist us with this project and for more information on what is involved, please click on the link below.
